Fashion, Art, and Teen Empowerment (F.AT.E.) provide activities for youth in art and performing arts between the ages of 10-17 in Wisconsin’s Greater Milwaukee and the surrounding area.
F.A.T.E.’s mission is to provide youth the outlet to express themselves: it elicits creativity; it recognizes their potential; it provides them with the venue to showcase their talents. Fashion, Art, and Teen Empowerment present teens with the opportunity to realize their fate: what they’re destined to be.
Commitment through self-discipline, resilience, and persistence.
Accountability through ownership and by accepting the responsibility of a project, product, or even task, from reception to outcome, and clarity by understanding achievements.
INSPIRATION OF OTHERS
Being truthful, having integrity, living honestly and earnestly, making a difference in each other’s lives.
Honoring, learning and understanding the value of work, discipline, character, and culture.
Growing emotionally and mentally and becoming a more considerate, loving, and positive person.
The decline in music and arts programs in Wisconsin's Greater Milwaukee area has created a void that F.A.T.E. believes needs to be filled. F.A.T.E.’s vision is to provide a positive support system that could help youth avoid pitfalls that can disrupt their lives by offering a space where they will have the opportunity to explore, improve and develop their talents in arts & performing arts.
