Michael Wallace - Board Chair
Michael Wallace serves as a Chief Engineer at Milwaukee Tool. He's an engineering leader experienced in team management, product life-cycle management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Michael has extensive experience in developing, testing, commissioning, validating, and maintaining complex electrical control systems. He is adept at developing tools for validating control systems, optimizing development processes, and aligning teams and business goals. Michael is a leader with high integrity, strong organizational skills, business acumen, and an ability to adapt to change. Michael is skilled in communicating with customers, technicians, and professionals at all levels of the organization to align objectives and affect change.
Devin Gust - Vice Chair
Devin Gust serves as the External Manufacturing Manager at Hydrite. Among his diverse experience in procurement, project management, negotiation, and cost savings, Devin has a background in leading cross-functional teams, inventory control, and safety awareness.
Tomica Griffin - Committee Chair
Tomica Griffin serves as the Dean of Scholars at HOPE Fidelis. Tomica enjoys sharing her gifts, talents, skills, and abilities with scholars and families in the community where she grew up. Tomica wants to help youth and their families not only meet the goals at the school where she works but also help foster the character development of F.A.T.E. participants.
Adrian Gibbs - Gala & Fundraising Committee
Adrian Gibbs has worked in the facilities and maintenance fields for over 27 years. He has held various positions during this period, starting as a public school maintenance worker and is now a commissioned boiler inspector since 2015.
Adrian has served as a union representative for the International Union of Operating Engineers. Also, he is currently a member of the Milwaukee Area Technical College Power Engineering Advisory Committee.
