Michael Wallace - Board Chair
Michael Wallace serves as a Group Manager at Milwaukee Tool. He's an engineering leader experienced in team management, product life-cycle management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Michael has extensive experience in developing, testing, commissioning, validating, and maintaining complex electrical control systems. He is adept at developing tools for validating control systems, optimizing development processes, and aligning teams and business goals. Michael is a leader with high integrity, strong organizational skills, business acumen, and an ability to adapt to change. Michael is skilled in communicating with customers, technicians, and professionals at all levels of the organization to align objectives and affect change.
Adrian Gibbs - Committee Chair
Adrian serves as Chief Boiler Inspector with Milwaukee County and is highly skilled in negotiation, facility management, team building, metal fabrication, and construction, with strong engineering training from Milwaukee Area Technical College. Beyond his professional background, Adrian has been a steadfast advocate for FATE—actively connecting the organization with community partners, offering valuable grant recommendations, and advising on where FATE should be present in the community. His leadership, insight, and dedication continue to open doors and strengthen FATE’s impact, making this promotion well deserved and deeply celebrated.
Jessica Burnette - Secretary
Jessica is a Senior Executive Assistants at Advocate HealthCare. With 20+ years of administrative and leadership experience and strong skills in community engagement and
organizational development, Jessica’s proven ability to build relationships and support high-performing teams will greatly strengthen FATE’s mission and impact.
Devin Gust - Advisory Committee
Devin Gust serves as the External Manufacturing Manager at Hydrite. Among his diverse experience in procurement, project management, negotiation, and cost savings, Devin has a background in leading cross-functional teams, inventory control, and safety awareness.
